Return & Refund Policy – Vntura


1. Introduction

At Vntura, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we offer a simple 30-day return policy to make the process easy for you.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return window: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

3. Return Costs

  • If the product is defective or damaged: We cover all return shipping costs. This applies if your item arrives faulty, damaged during delivery, or otherwise not as described.
  • In case of buyer's remorse (change of mind): You are responsible for return shipping costs. This includes cases where the item doesn’t fit, was ordered incorrectly, or is no longer wanted. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    Send an email to support@vntura.com including your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Step 2: Prepare Your Package
    Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Make sure all accessories, tags, and documents are included.
  3. Step 3: Return the Item
    Drop off the parcel at your nearest shipping point, as instructed in the return confirmation email.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will go through a brief inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria.

After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? No problem! Reach out to our support team and we’ll help you exchange your item quickly and easily.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return. These will be clearly marked as “non-returnable” in their product descriptions.
