At Vntura, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an easy return process.

• Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and with the original packaging.
• Easy returns: Returning items to us is easy and our customer service team will help you with this.

Return costs

• For defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies if the product is faulty, has been damaged by the carrier or is otherwise defective.
• For buyer's remorse (change of mind): The actual cost of the return shipment will be charged to the customer. This applies if the customer buys the wrong product, the item does not fit or the customer no longer wants the item. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
